Too much is asked of technicians and most other entry level positions, and the executives are punitive, retaliatory, dishonest, and create a hostile environment to work in. The job was frequently changed, typically worsening patient experience, without consulting any employees who would be affected. The only people who do not need to exert effort to obtain a prestigious position are the ones already at that level, who are shuffled around as though they have unlimited skill in all areas. They also refused overtime, shift incentives, and wage increases for a department immediately before outsourcing 3 positions to the Philippines.
