Pros

Good experience in person if you’re going for med/nursing/PA school

Cons

Benefits are basically nonexistent, shift times in person can either be 12 hours or it can be 14, lack of support from management, no room for growth, PTO accrual is nonexistent, overworked and heavily underpaid. Extremely high turnover rate and for good reason.
