There really are no pros I can think of. If you like the 12 hour days, the 3 days on / 4 days off schedule of some positions may be for you.

Cons

Patients and employees are far from priority at Derick. There is much micromanaging, all geared towards getting more patients in the door and more money spent while inside (on procedures, prescriptions, additional visits.) The management does not care to help the employees and does not cross train appropriately, making it nearly impossible for some departments to succeed.
