      Pros

      Family oriented, friendly, respectful people. Tremendous amount of talented and intelligent people. Very clean environment. Your voice is heard.

      Cons

      Employees are overloaded with work. Company would been if upper management were more hands on. Medical benefits could be better.

      Pros

      Diverse, challenging work at this company...no two days are the same. Lots of friendly people, good safety record, and a brand new facility. A very ethical company. Good compensation and benefits with experience. Privately held with a very long history. Owners value long-term employees.

      Cons

      Senior management in flux, but should stabilize soon. Struggles to find positions for employees that receive outside training. Sometimes slow to move or react.

      Pros

      The culture is great. Good people who are all working together to meet goals. The company makes interesting products and the work is constantly changing. Brand new building is clean and bright.

      Cons

      Minimal cons. Some transition occurring with new leadership. Future looks good though.
