Pros

Remote work, low expectations, no accountability, work is allowed to be done at a snails pace. Pay was very nice, for what it was. Probably the most relaxed company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Low expectations, no accountability, work is allowed to be done at a snails pace. As stated in other reviews job security here is non existent if you're not a long time employee. The company has continued to downsize quarterly. C level leadership has shown incompetency in finances during this struggle.
