Good experience in an entry level postion

Pros

- Working alongside intelligent, hard working individuals. - Great introduction to the inner workings of academia as an entry level employee - Opportunity to practice and perfect laboratory skills

Cons

- The dynamic of the group depends greatly dependent on the PI. Can lead to cutting of hours, lack of mentor ship/guidance, and ineffective completion of projects. - High overhead costs.
