Cons
Work can be hard if you don't enjoy non profits. It can be repetitive and boring but it can be rewarding at times. Organization with a great purpose and value they bring to current research.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback and are glad you found the position to be consistent and secure. Working in a non-profit has unique challenges, but we work hard to stick to our mission to do impactful science. During the peak of the pandemic, DRI supported our employees working 100% remotely, when possible. As the pandemic has eased up, DRI has still supported a hybrid approach for those whose job functions do not require them to be on-campus. We continue to evaluate the best models for our faculty and staff.
