Working in a non-profit has unique challenges, but we work hard to stick to our mission to do impactful science. During the peak of the pandemic, DRI supported our employees working 100% remotely, when possible. As the pandemic has eased up, DRI has still supported a hybrid approach for those whose job functions do not require them to be on-campus. We continue to evaluate the best models for our faculty and staff.

Our leadership team strives to be forward-thinking and keep expanding DRI's research portfolio. We are also working with leadership, Human Resources, Faculty Senate, and the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility committee to increase opportunities for advancement at all levels.
