Small Company - Big Growth Opportunties

This small company is HUGE in the terms of growth opportunities. They have allowed myself, and other employees to continuously grow their departments, or move into new ones! Some people might not find a small company to their liking, but there are more pros than cons for me.

Cons

Sometimes growth and change can happen too fast here which causes stress and workload changes.

-This company has a great startup feel with a lot of room for professional growth. -They offer 401k and health benefit packages with a very welcoming environment. -Management is very accessible and works to see the whole team succeed and improve personal development. -Fun Company Events

Cons

This is a great place to work but there are always room for improvement so I would add that to make this company even better would be to offer dental benefits.
