I had just had my baby and I was willing to come into the office part time, but in the end they let me go for not coming into the office (1.5hr drive) everyday. This was not due to lack of work as some of my management lived in different states. This was what they wanted in full effect. they have now lost half or more of their employees and given all the jobs to oversees since they don't cost as much. I really enjoyed the company but in 2022 they started making poor choices with a new COO that lead to a lot of people either being let go or people leaving.
