If you are in a position to work for very low pay just to get experience it might be worth it.

Cons

Low pay Treated horribly by the owner and his minion After driving your personal vehicle hours each way you end up with about 5 hours pay for a 12 hour day Strong armed into signing an illegal non-compete

Pros

Enjoy the work, the people and culture of the organization. Great work/life/balance, good health and dental benefits paid for by the company, health/wellness discounts, very organic and green company and the company promotes/encourages continuing educations and compensates very fairly.
