At Designit, I get to work alongside competent individuals, where I am encouraged to speak up and share my opinion. This is what makes a huge impact for me. I truthfully feel everyone is included, and the competency and talent within Designit, drives you to learn, teach, push and work on something that matters.

Cons

Since COVID Designit has quickly adapted to WFH; and I am personally beginning to miss being around people in my everyday life.

Director puts too much pressure on the team and ignores lots of problems occured because of him. Many people left or have mental disorder.
