super tense and weird environment. managed poorly. they’d make you call patients constantly to reschedule cleanings or routine appointments because something with more “production” would come up so they can make more money. very up tight about how the schedule runs which is fine but they’d change the rules constantly and then it’d be your job to reschedule angry patients. don’t really care about the patients just about the money. The boss Leann who is there some days is condescending self centered and annoying. For what the job is you are not paid nearly enough

Poor management, poor work culture, no lunch breaks, low quality of care for patients, poor quality and quantity of auxiliary staff, overscheduling of patients.
