Lots of locations, convenience to where I live

Cons

Management ignores your emails. Manager regularly tries to dictate treatment even if you are an experienced dentist. Had to buy my own supplies including gloves. Manager regularly gaslights staff. Never paid signing bonus. Not paid for PTO put in advance. You know it's not a good job when you feel like you need to hire a lawyer to get paid what you're supposed to... Don't work here, even if you need a visa!
