Decent benefits. Hefty bonuses for putting out fires.
Cons
No raises. All good talent has left. Most long-time customers have left. Executives and marketing project the image of a single platform, but in reality, they have 4 software suites that all have issues and don't talk to one another, and the talent are resources are not there to ever make that happen. Executives are only interested in protecting their salaries, and are not fit to be in the positions they are in. Leadership acts like the company is just on the cusp of greatness, but employees know that everything is a mess. As long as the current board is in place, nothing will get better.
