You work with good people and the club members treat employees respectfully. There are certain events where everyone on the property has a good time.

Cons

As anywhere else, there are some co-workers and members that can be difficult to work with. Departmental politics can be problematic, even if you are just focused on doing your best for the facility's benefit.
