Pros

What makes a newspaper buzz is the people that work there and are dedicated to the service they provide to the community. Detroit Freep is a special place, because of the dedicated journalists I work with.

Cons

Unfortunately there are layoffs every year due to the uncertainty of journalism being a viable revenue for big corporations.
