Pros
Ability to move up in the organization. The pay is decent but could be much better.
Cons
Supervisors are rude. Union reps don't help. Upper management doesn't take complaints seriously. Working there was like being in high school where all the bullies work. There is also a LOT of substance abuse that everyone seems to turn a blind eye to. Favoritism is real! They do not follow their core values: it's all for marketing.
