      Great benefits after your 90 days

      Cons

      Work schedule can interfere with your personal life and sometimes temporary layoffs will interfere with finances. Work culture has took a turn for the worst, despite them priding themselves in it. They hire any and everyone with out a thorough background check.

      The pay was good for the position

      There's no company culture. There are some nice people that work there, but a majority of the employees have no motivation to work and are just rude to other employees. I personally witnesses different finance managers yell at people and make them cry in the office side of the building...I can't even imagine going through that and having everyone on your team witness it.
