      DMS is a place where our unique qualities and contributions matter. We are empowered to live as our best, boldest, most-authentic version of ourselves. The company invests in our growth and offers multiple pathways for us to rise up including a learning academy, tuition reimbursement, and more. The culture is excellent, and it is driven by strong values and clear principles. DMS is an employer that loves people, and uses money- and not the other way around.

      Money was good and they are an advocate for higher education. Benefits were average.

      Management all around within Toledo. Some were good but the bad were protected. Brought in under false terms, was never disclosed company was selling.
