      Ok pay great benefits after 90 days

      STAY AWAY...I REPEAT STAY AWAY... The amount of illegal things going on in this company is unbelievable so much harassment going on inside the plant they know about it they have cameras throughout the facility and do nothing about it. They also tried to cover up a murder by tampering with the camera the supervisors is trash whoever is hiring these people need to be fired immediately. I dont feel safe at this company but they talk about safety and dont live up to it. It's a waste of time. The company would run great if they get rid of all the unprofessional people and bring people in that will bring positive vibes to this company.

      Pros

      Ability to move up in the organization. The pay is decent but could be much better.

      Cons

      Supervisors are rude. Union reps don't help. Upper management doesn't take complaints seriously. Working there was like being in high school where all the bullies work. There is also a LOT of substance abuse that everyone seems to turn a blind eye to. Favoritism is real! They do not follow their core values: it's all for marketing.

      You can move up pretty quickly in the company.They have an Uber program if you need a way to work.

      Cons

      The Insurance is expensive, favoritism is real high in there.They only give you a raise maybe I mean maybe once a year
