      Pros

      Family oriented company that is flexible with your life schedule. The company culture is positive and promotes positive mindsets. CEO of DMS is great and constantly moving forward to expand the opportunities available for the company.

      Cons

      DMS is still a newer company and many of the organizational standards and documentation is poorly recorded. Communication between departments isn't great and important information often gets left unknown.
