High salaries, multi cultural teams and the opportunity to take lead and make the difference.
Cons
Management was too disperse and the headquarters didn't make themselves present in the project nor the local management managed to provide confidence to the team. The team was put together without an overall strategy. It felt there was a lack of structure and team integration.
