Pros

Regardless of your level of experience in excel your skills will dramatically improve. Endless coffee

Cons

Beware of any positions with Reporting in the description or title. These are old school "sweat shop" positions. They will tell you that you may have to work more then 40 hours a week in the interview, but in reality you will be expected to work 60-to 80 hours a week including weekends. You will most likely not be able to take a vacation because we were told that we would need three back-ups for our processes before an approval would be considered. The turn-over is so high there is no chance of training three back ups. Zero family life balance. Work is 99% excel driven data mining and data entry. If you can see your self sitting behind a computer doing data entry for 10 to 12 hours a day, never seeing the daylight and not being able to take a vacation - this jobs for you. It is rumored that other departments are better - you will not be able to post for them for at least 2 years (If nothing has changed)
