Pros

Close to home. Paycheck on time.

Cons

Promise new employees that the next level will be achievable; however, this does not happen. No metrics in place to achieve those results. No work life balance. All good employees leaving, and constant turn over. Sr. Management don't communicate effectively; manage by scare tactics. Also for minorities, very limited career potentials.
