Great people, very smart managers, room to contribute and add value where you see deficiencies

No clear vision from senior management, lack of communication between teams, low salaries, difficult to get promotions, too many contractors instead of promoting growth from within

Good people, bad programs and no training

Pros

Vacation time is generous, not restrictive with corporate card use to entertain clients/prospects, relatively easy to communicate with senior management, great people.

Cons

Archaic systems, e.g. LOTUS NOTES!, no training except for analysts who don't deserve or appreciate it, bonuses are subjective. Bankers not held accountable for overspending or not producing results.
