Pros

It's an European Bank. People are nice in general.

Cons

Not uncommon to see 100% attrition rate for a team. Management fips flop on their direction. No clear vision for employee. There is no work life balance as, when people leave, those who stays have to pick up the slack. Managers can't really protect employees since they too are subjected to being culled.

Pros

Nothing good to mention here

Cons

Been hired via head-hunting and pressed to join ASAP. Been informed by the company that my contract will not continue, just near finishing the probation period. Meanwhile, I have received 100% great feedbacks. Nothing negative. Their justification was “there is a mismatching between us. It is better for you to leave us”.
