      Cons

      Management does a poor job of communicating with the team. A few of the managers are completely useless and yet layoffs always miss them and hit hard working individuals. Dead weight developers are kept on because anyone is better than no one during a hiring freeze....

      Pros

      - you get 18 weeks of paid maternity leave if you have a child - If you happen to get on the right team, this is not a bad place to work. - Great medical insurance

      Cons

      - 1 week of paternity leave - good teams are few and far between - Exceptional workers are few and far between - medical insurance is pricy - Company is stingy with perks. For instance, Christmas celebrations and what not came out of our own pockets, no paid first day lunch, etc. - Developers have a lot of red tape to deal with that makes development more difficult - Full time developers are treated as if they are another contracting agency by the business - not enough bathrooms :)
