Pros

Eat what you kill environment and if you play your cards correctly you can climb the ranks quicker than other sell side shops

Cons

Tons of kissing up to the right people despite how good you are...nothing matters unless you cozy up to the right people. Some of the smartest people in the group never get promoted or paid since they can't play politics....

Pros

Good Brand, low cost of living, good weather

Cons

Horrible organization. They pay the 1st years more than the second years. Placement has no relevance to your interests.

Pros

A good group of coworkers. That's about it.

Cons

Just about anything, managers that had no control over anything. Minimal pay raises even with promotions. Boring work using outdated technology and systems.
