Pros

Hands on work experience, will learn a lot, entrepreneurial environment, initiative is encouraged, treated like a mature adult unlike other banks, good training opportunities.

Cons

If your manager does not like you on personal level you will not get anywhere careerwise despite doing a lot of good and hard work around the clock. No promotions from within, always bring in someone from outside to fill in a title aspired to by employees working towards getting that title. Recently a lot of employees and managers from crappy US companies began to arrive to Deutsche turning it into another rotten place with their incompetence and tribal politics. Very sad. If you are in IT and of wrong national origin you will be treated like dirt and abused despite being smarter then the majority.
