Pros

Good and experienced people, strong team collaboration within a domain, very good and personal approach from management to employees, lots of various technical and financial trainings

Cons

Very slow processes (a release may take 6+ months), overcomplicated/inefficient support processes especially for technical infrastructure, broken escalation (if you want/need to change something significantly) and shattered vertical processes

Pros

A truly entrepreneurial organisation with a "can do" work ethic and solid European culture. When you have good idea that should make money you should get all the support you need to get it done.

Cons

Excessively competitive organisation with multiple silos leading to scary political infighting. Different groups pursue the same goals in competition with the adage that "winner takes all". Co-heads are often appointed to encourage management struggles with one victor.
