      global bank so have opportunity to work in other countries. You are offered good benefits package. you have opportunity to work on interesting assignments.

      Cons

      poor visibility of how to get promoted. Poor communication among different groups. HR is not helpful in terms of your career path

      Pros

      Good foot in door, diverse and compensates fairly compared to other banks. Good if you have a manager that cares about your future and career.

      Cons

      Feedback is lacking, restructuring causes problems. There is little communication between management and employees. Performances reviews are overly scrutinized and promotions are hard to come by.
