      Deutsche Bank Global Technology is undergoing transformation to create new enterprise solutions on a global scale, and the Cary development center is a key component to this transformation. This isn't a static environment with highly prescriptive roles. DBGT Cary has excellent opportunities for engineers that are driven, engaged, and supportive of change.

      Cons

      Engineers that are looking for highly structured, pragmatic methodology will find the environment uncomfortable. Change means that everyone needs to reach beyond their comfort zone to ensure their success.

      Top tier investment bank. Best people in the industry, very smart and technically competent but disadvantages still prevail because you become a monster

      Very arrogant and rude people over there. Don't go there if you wanna have nice colleagues or gain social skills

      Pros

      As long as you deliver above average you get away with a lot which allows a fairer work life balance. Working with a few very clever people who can be extremely good to work with.

      Cons

      Full of long term employees who rely on internal contacts to massage themselves into right position. Some very clever people struggle to deliver against the tide of politics and passengers that only do what they have to do to keep their boss happy rather than help the general company try to improve in a more matrix way
