      Pros

      good pay, good lattitude to grow, good team and flexibility. Excellent process and functionality amongst major players within the framework

      Cons

      tough uncompromising attitude to delivery and overall overarching focus on process over delivery versus a keen attitude to analyse the best.

      Cons

      The GBS/GTO Division Operating Model vision is focussed firmly on cost reduction - it's execution of this strategy is aggressive Multiple / frequent management changes create lack of continuity Mentality of some key players can be political versus practical - seemingly this is rewarded Having been at the firm for 10+ years I am delighted with the career development DB has provided me with - I would not however recommend DB as an employer of choice now, in 2011

      Pros

      - benefits are pretty good. - Management is approachable. - It's a young atmosphere, as most people are in their 20's. - Lots of DB sponsored clubs and activities.

      Cons

      - Having to work extremely long hours, while seeing people on other teams play games for half the day. - No work life balance. - Expections from management that simply can not be met. - Never having enough resources to get the job done. - Only jobs at the associate level and higher are bonus eligable.
