Pros

Great people, efficiency and team work attitude. I'm also very keen on the management structure which I think is very effective.

Cons

- Long hours in the area I work in (inevitable) - Sometimes harder to get noticed and be given the chance to make a difference

Pros

Deutsche Bank's biggest asset is its people, the place is highly technical, knowledgeable, friendly. Managers are open, honest. They also strive to maintain good work life balance.

Cons

As mentioned above in Pros Deutsche Bank's biggest asset is its people, they are nice and technical. One problem with that is that its very difficult for management to understand that they have a really nice team and at times take that for granted (esp around comp time). This strategy is bound to back fire and once they lose good people it will become obvious to the management what's wrong with the strategy. More important is the fact that these good people would join competitors and hence DB will lose a lot in the long term.
