Great corporate culture - you feel proud to be a part of company. Office and working place of highest standard. Great benefits package. Competitive compensation level (at least by the time of hiring - see details in Cons) International team and a lot of cutting-edge challenging problems to solve.
Cons
A lot depends on your direct management. And it's a matter of good chance to get one that will help you to implement your career potential. Questionable employee retention policy - a company rather hire new employee than raise compensation for existing employee to the same level thus doing little to retain experienced worker. Periodic serious organizational changes leave some good initiatives half-done. Inertia due to various level of internal bureaucracy is high, which is quite natural for the companies of such size and level.
