Pros

Lots of employee involvement in community support. Flexible working hours. Casual environment. Jeans on Fridays. Time allowed off is decent.

Cons

Management too focused on putting out fires because of outdated technology and procedures. Local facility has limited autonomy in making any changes to way business is run - most decisions start and end in Europe.
