Pros

Deutsche Bank succeeds in attracting good quality people. The pace is reasonably stable, not of hire and fire type, unless you are in the team significantly hit by the crisis.

Cons

Politics plays crucial role. Except for the junior levels, your career advancement, change depends on how good you are in politics.
