Great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

No opportunities for growth or to increase compensation. Management even admits that the company is bleeding people because they are incapable of providing advancement opportunities. Salary has only increased 3 figures in 2 years, despite high marks on performance reviews and very high performance numbers. Denied multiple internal postings without even speaking to me. Rejected my request for a structured career development plan - don't work here unless you're comfortable exactly where you're at.

Will outsource and find employees all over the world. Mostly India and pay them low wages and fire US based employees.

Where do I begin . When I first started there was little to no training . The tight deadlines to onboard clients were extremely overwhelming at times . It’s almost impossible to get promoted or get a raise. You could be doing the same work as your peer and still get overlooked. You do not get pay increases for lateral moves. Systems always have issues. Severe language barriers with our India team. You will gain a lot of knowledge working kyc which I enjoyed but you can get burnt out easily. Sometimes it seemed like they nitpicked with certain employees My best advice work here a few years get their experience you want and leave. Take it else where they are willing to pay more
