Pros

If you are in infrastructure roles like IT, Finance, Risk - then work life is good. Paid leave of 5 weeks + 2 personal days and sick days. Colleagues are friendly and there is a good social network around you. Base compensation and benefits are above par ( meaning they will beat JPM, MS etc for most new hires). Internal mobility in some teams is good.

Cons

Lack of compensation and growth once you lock yourself inn. This leads to frustration and lack of engagement amongst people who have been on job for say 4 or more years. Lousy systems and very slow decision making by management. Heavy push to move more jobs to India from the investment bank ( and just me the 24hr time difference doesn't work well when resolving issues)

Pros

The people try very hard to make it work. The community groups are good to get people engaged. Overall the people create a good environment. I learned a lot there. Cloud adoption is a focus, so get in on the ground floor there for learning about this. Not a bad place to get your feet wet and start a career. Agile methods are attempted, again a good place to get started. Benefits are very good, and pay is above average.

Cons

The executive team is in London. It is possible to get noticed, but it is harder with them all being remote. Promotions above a certain level are limited outside of the main location. Collaborative tooling is limited, making it a challenge to work with remote team members.
