      Work culture, politics, no new learning opportunities, no growth, no hikes , no perks, toxic management, even if you get promoted, the increment will be hardly 10 percent. No matter how good you are at work, it completely depends on your manager whom he/she favours. Your work doesn't matter. Favouritism.
