Some good projects to work on.. lots of problems to fix and low hanging fruit to add value.

Cons

Morale is terrible. Management can't decide on strategy. Too much focus on compliance instead of revenue, because all the past legal troubles..

Excellent 22 days a year plus all federal reserve/nyse holidays (Approx ~13) per year. 4% 401k matching, low cost premium health insurance, work from home, unlimited sick days

Big reshuffle at the top ranks, but with great change possibly produces great results
