Pros

Interesting and challenging work; great clients; broad global reach. Despite Deutsche Bank's deep-rooted issues, pockets of strength remain among its rank and file.

Cons

Horribly managed, awful morale, weak compensation and benefits, underperforming equity, antiquated IT, little to no perks. Deutsche Bank's legacy ethical and legal issues continue to impair the company in nearly every aspect. The good work of many employees has long been marred by illegal and unethical acts in a way that sr management has been resolve. As a result, DB is uncompetitive from both an employee and customer standpoint.
