Pros

Good colleagues. Manager is also nice, willing to consider the needs from the employees. Work and life are well balanced.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes quite a long time for the management to decide whether the topics within a project should be further pursued or not. The projects are not up-to-date.

The overal experience was very pleasant, everyone on the team I worked with was friendly and supportive. The company paid well including for the training.

Cons

I did not work there long enough, and only as a part-timer, so I did not notice any major problems.
