      Salary, Benefits, 1 day in 3 week to office, constant parties

      Cons

      Firing employees whenever not in need with immediate notice. Management team plays politics with every employee and lot of mental harassment is present.

      Full of nepotism, politics and unaccountability

      renumeration package remote working at least 15% bonus as per your gross annual salary some colleagues from non managerial levels are 100% professionals office location in Thessaloniki

      Cons

      Asked to work long hours (indirectly because they provided me with extra work in purpose) in my project without extra renumeration. The attitude of management is unacceptable. They are hiring wrong people in critical positions e.g. people unit leads. The administrative part of the company is inappropriate. They just do not want to do their job. They even make mistakes in the medical plan data. The main project problem is the lack of understanding between different cultures. Candidates are advised to STAY AWAY from projects that include offshore Management like OneShop and OneApp.
