      Stable environment, you have opportunity and time to do trainings and the work-life balance is as balanced as you want.

      Cons

      Mediocre or below salary, innovation is hard within the company, the decision of the german management board is sometimes incomprehensible

If you desire a change or wish to acquire new skills, transitioning to a different project is straightforward. The company also promotes the growth of T-shaped skills, offering a diverse set of educational courses. Additionally, funds are provided for certifications and exam fees.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that the company is quite old, some business processes are significantly outdated, illogical, or inefficient. You may encounter many legacy systems that should retire soon, but still require support.
