      Pros

      - great work-life balance - a lot of events and programmes to join in- and outside the company - various training opportunities - opportunity to travel in most of the positions between domestic sites and internationally as well

      Cons

      - not enough attention paid to keep loyal employees on the long run - rather slow tool and process harmonization - huge gaps between salaries of personnel doing carrying out the same role
