Better to Avoid (Pune Office)

Pros

1. Chance to New Technologies. 2. Company's new location is at good place - Balewadi High Street

Cons

1. Seems they trust more with new joiners. Reason: Company will hire new employees at much more higher market level CTC but no good hike in existing employee's salary/appraisals. We are given very less salary hikes. 2. Be ready to spoil your private family time. working hours have become more than 10h and many times we have to work on weekends. 3. No appreciation for good work. (they say it was expected.. you are hired to do that) 4. You need to be lucky and someone's favorite in order to get Onsite Opportunities quickly. 5. Not a good management (Reason: They offered extra leaves for covid patients only if your leaves are exhausted.. not to all employees who suffer from covid or not when your family is suffering. secondly, You will always feel pressurized since someone who suddenly goes on unplanned leave for 1,2 days (Mostly people go on leave when they are overloaded by saying Not Feeling Well), the work is reassigned to already overloaded people. Management does not care who does it.. they just want it to get done). 6. Big Reason for not choosing: they are firing employees anytime without giving reason 7. Another big reason for not choosing: You will have to book time against each work item then you are considered as a working day. so they keep track of your each task like what you did today and how much time you took. If you don't fill that, the day is marked as leave. 8. Once the bonus was given and that too almost same amount to all. so hard working or smart working employees are disappointed since everybody got almost same amount (Seems they did this because they don't want to lose employees).
