+ Good salary + Great multicultural team + Lots of Benefits (Access to many courses, monthly bonus in benefit app, Holiday contests with lots of gifts)

Cons

- Too many unnecessary meetings - 8+1 hours work program instead of 8 hours (lunch break included)
