      Pros

      You can learn a lot from international businesses like airport deals. On the one hand you have the opportunity for having a deeper insight into the business on the other hand you can expand your network during work.

      Cons

      Salary levels should be improved aligned to the market and the acceptance from German colleagues are not the best yet.
