Well looked after regarding pay and rewards. Management listen and act on issues. New sites being won and existing contracts renewed

Cons

Slow in getting new starts relevant turbine training. Older turbines but makes for more interesting tasks rather than a computer reset on new machines.

Was good at first when they get you in and promise the world

Cons

Micro management, no support, take away most of the perks and restricted overtime to make management numbers look good. Overall, the turbines are poorly maintained due to lack of staff and time. Continually playing catch up.
